A Primrose Hill Proposal Story

Harminder and Franziska were such a fun and genuine couple to hang out with. Super sweet and total rockstars at the same time.

Harminder had lived in London for years and still had family here. He later moved to Germany, where he met Franziska. They were visiting London for a holiday, where he planned his surprise proposal.

Primrose Hill is a popular spot, especially with Londoners at the weekend, so I usually suggest a weekday or an early start if you’re aiming for a quieter setting. The light just after sunrise is beautiful too, which you can see in these photos.

Harminder booked an extra hour so that we could include the London Underground, Big Ben and the London Eye. This was in addition to the locations around Primrose Hill, including the canal and Camden Town. The route offered a lovely mix of nature, different urban vibes, iconic London and some of its more hidden gems.
